We communicate through gestures and drawing. It works quite well. I cant decipher his language because of his bird-like speech.  As you can see, the eyes are big but not completely black.  There are huge eyeballs (you can barely see the white of the right one) under a film of "skin" that seems to be a permanent eye-lid or shield.  The permanant eyelid (is it an implant or does it grow naturally??), seems to be photosensitive, i.e. it gets darker in light and more clear when there is less light. 

 

From the way it speaks (tweeting bird-like speech) and judging from its huge eyes and frail body  I am assuming that it evolved from a bird-like creature instead of mammalian primates like those of which humans evolved. It seems to prefer its meat uncooked or rare.  It enjoy's vegetables and fruit.   It shy's away from the camera ever since I took this first picture of it.  I think the flash was too fast and its "eyelids" hadn't had time to adjust fully to the sudden flash.  

 

As i've said earlier, we use gestures and drawings to communicate. From what I can tell, its planet isnt as bright as ours, meaning its sun must be smaller or dimmer, or perhaps its planet sits farther from its sun than ours does.  It seems to be of a race far more advanced than our own.  Im assuming from what he is gesturing and drawing that they have been on or near our planet since our stone age.

 

As you can see as you read this, I call it "he" sometimes.  Im not sure if it's male or female, so every now and then I'll use "he" to refer to the being.
